Thank you for choosing to purchase your favorite item(s) from my shop.  I appreciate every purchase made.  Here you will find tips on how to care for your pieces so they will last you a very long time.

**ALLERGY NOTICE:  We are now a CAT friendly home.  While our furbaby doesn't have access to my supplies & every effort is made to properly clean our home, there may be allergen triggers present within your item, so please be aware of this.  As we disclose this, we will NOT issue refunds for possible allergy reactions**

ೋ ~~GENERAL CARE~~ ೋ
Perfect Pixie Designs has spent many hours researching and testing the supplies used in the creation of all items offered.  We believe we offer the highest quality hardware, fabric, vinyl, thread, and various construction materials needed so that your purchase will remain as beautiful as it is the day you receive it.  We will always stand behind our work, whether it's a brand new purchase or one you made years ago.  Should your item ever need a repair, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss restoring it, if possible.  

All fabrics used have been through a color fixative process.  However, bleeding may still occur if your ears get wet.  Kindly take precautions to safely cover/store fabric items during inclement weather. 

ೋ ~~EARS~~ ೋ
All headbands used are considered one size fits most.  Recommended for ages 6+.  Children as young as 3 years old have worn these headbands, however please supervise younger children as there may be small embellishments used that may pose a choking hazard if dislodged from ears.  We do not certify or offer a safe child use gaurantee.  

Your ears are secured with permanent professional grade glue that will withstand normal wear and care.  While this glue rated for higher heat temperatures and colder weather by the manufacturer, extreme heat or cold may cause the glue to loosen.  Please do not expose your ears to extended periods of direct sunlight (may fade colors in the fabrics) and never store your ears in your car during hot summers or cold winters. 

Hidden Magic Light Up Ears: Your hidden magic lights have been home tested to be sure the lights do not get how.  However, park conditions will vary so please be mindful of how long you leave the lights on to ensure safe use. If you get caught in rainy weather, please store your ears immediately as water may ruin the batter pack and it can not be replaced.

Battery pack is hidden behind the bow.  To replaced the (2) CR2032 batteries, carefully slide it out from the side.  The wire is tucked behind it so do not pull too hard. After replacing, carefully tuck the wire again and slide the battery pack under the strap of the bow.  

Special Note regarding our ears:
I spent hours searching different vendors options and have selected the most comfortable headbands out there.  Countless customers have stated my ears do not hurt their heads at all during park wear.  They will not pinch, but are secure so that they won't easily fall off your head either.   Many have stated they forget they are even wearing them at all.  (*Please remember when you are wearing them as I don't want any sad faces for losing them on rides, that would not be magical at all*)  I myself suffer from migraines and have park tested my designs & am confident in my statements that you will not need to worry about this very high concern a lot of customers have.  

ೋ ~~STICKERS~~ ೋ
Our stickers are printed on glossy vinyl that the manufactuer deems as waterproof.  We then seal the graphic images with a laminate overlay.   We will NOT gaurentee them to be "waterproof", but will state they are "water resistant".  They have been tested on waterbottles for HANDWASHING only & have remained looking brand new after rigorous washing. They are NOT removable/repositionable.  We handmake our stickers in house, they are not mass produced.  

ೋ ~~KEYCHAINS~~ ೋ

Please handle with care as our keychains are made from acrylic and can break if knocked against a hard surface.  To clean, use a soft cloth to remove smudges.  Each keychain is handmade and may contact slight imperfections.  DO NOT leave in prolonged extreme heat or submerge in water for extended periods of time.  Heat may cause the acrylic to soften & possibly distort as can happen with any plastic.  Each piece is sealed with clear laminate over the image and layered with resin.  However, this does not make it "waterproof".   We will state it is "water resistant".  A rainstorm, even FL downpours shouldn't do harm.   

ೋ ~~TUMBLERS~~ ೋ
The manufacturer deems them HANDWASH ONLY.  They should never be placed in a dishwasher.  Tumblers are double wall vacuum sealed. All designed are applied with sublimation ink, a heat and pressure activated pigment that is permanent.  Designs should not fade with regular use/hand washing.  However, use caution while cleaning as an abrasive sponge may scratch the images.   

All tumblers are cleaned with rubbing alcohol to remove residue from pressing process and then handwashed with Blue Dawn dish detergent. (If water spots are present inside, rest asure, your tumbler was NOT USED, just a result of extra cleaning only.)

Glow In The Dark Tumblers:  The finish is meant to feel "rough", it is not a defect.  This is the special "glow" coating.  For best glow in the dark result, place the tumbler in direct sunlight for up to 1 hour.  LED bulbs have not activated the glow very well (if at all) when we tested them.  UV/Sun or black light will be the absolute best result.
